Our History
My journey has been shaped by a lifetime of combat, discipline, and the pursuit of mastery. Over the years, that path led me into Hollywood, where I had the privilege of contributing to major productions and working alongside recognised names such as Tom Cruise, Liam Neeson, Christian Bale, Jason Statham, and many others. But beyond the film industry, what has always mattered most to me is the craft itself and the responsibility of passing that knowledge on properly.
Along the way, Paul Strather and Roland Madrid became far more than colleagues... they became trusted companions on the same lifelong journey. Built on shared experience, loyalty, and vision, our bond led us to create something greater than ourselves.
That is how Power of 3 was born: three men, one mission, and a commitment to building a portal that brings together decades of real-world experience, proven knowledge, and authentic guidance.
